Returns Policy

Please get in touch via our Contact Us form if you have any items to return (faulty or unwanted) to find out our returns address and instructions.

Unwanted goods 

Any credit for goods returned to us as unwanted will be less a 25% restocking charge and is subject to the following conditions:

         - The goods must be unused

         - The goods must be in their original condition & packaging (including shrink wrapping, seals etc)

         - The good must be received by us within 10 days from the day you receive your order

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not 100% met, then we reserve the right to notify you of this decision (which will be backed up by photographic evidence which will be kept, pending a satisfactory conclusion to the complaint) and will offer to return the goods to you but only at your own expense - shipping costs will need to be paid before any goods will be shipped back to you.  If you are unwilling to pay these shipping costs, then all products will be disposed of.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty goods 

We operate a one year returns policy for faulty goods.

Please fill out a request for a product return via the Contact Us form clearly stating "Product Return Request" in the subject and giving us the name and order number and the product code and product name and then wait for us to email you a returns label and return instructions.

You will then need to send the item back to us with a note stating the reason for return, the preferred outcome (exchange or refund). Once we have validated that the product is indeed faulty as stated, we will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible. Please do not try and return items back to us as "Faulty" if they are simply unwanted.
